The Solar Sign Solutions Combination Solar Charge Controller utilizes the incoming voltage from the solar panel(s) to judge when sunset occurs. The internal timer will then add 10 hours to the calculated sunset time to judge when sunrise will occur. The controller will then fine tune its internal adjustments to learn when sunrise occurs.
